ACCORDO 18/07/2018 AUTOTRASPORTO MERCI E LOGISTICA   Verbale di stipula  In data 18 luglio 2018 le parti sottoscrittrici il CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione in attuazione dell’accordo di rinnovo del 3 dicembre 2017, hanno convenuto quanto segue: Distribuzione delle merci con cicli, ciclomotori e motocicli (c.d. riders)   Le parti stipulanti il presente CCNL ritengono di dover cogliere tutte le opportunità di crescita fornite dalla forte implementazione della distribuzione urbana delle merci effettuata con mezzi di trasporto che non richiedono, necessariamente, per la loro conduzione il possesso di patente di guida B o superiore.   A tale attività lavorativa si applicheranno tutte le coperture assicurative e previdenziali previste dalla legge e dal CCNL Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione comprese l’assistenza sanitaria integrativa e la bilateralità contrattuale. Short summary of the COGENS action

This Project follows the path of previous research by the INLACRIS team. Since its first works in 2010, the approach has changed to a great extent. The traditional structures of collective bargaining have been decisively affected by the crisis, as well as important features of the labour market. The current scenario can be described as a never-before perceived evasion of labour law, where traditional structures are eroding. The challenges labour law is facing right now due to the gig-economy, digitalization and the erosion of the employment contract promise to be severe and long-lasting.
