First activity: Steering Committee



Our first activity will take place in Santiago de Compostela, in Spain; a steering commitee to organize the full development of the project.
Every member will prepare in advance a report of the situation in his/her country on Collective Bargaining and the Gig Economy, according to a grid prepared by the coordinator of the project and the co-applicants. Each paper will be exposed and discussed in the SC. As a result, common trends will be identified in order to prepare a comparative analysis. These trends will be taken into account for the preparation of the first Transnational Seminar; the second day will be devoted to its planning: issues and speakers. The second half of the second day will be devoted to internal organizational issues.

[1]   I.              Obecný rámec R ůzné situace Zakázková ekonomika (Gig economy) je latentním problémem a její regulace se mezi členskými státy Evropské unie nesmírně liší. Zvláště to platí pro kolektivní vyjednávání v tomto oboru. Odráží se v tom rozmanitost tradičních právních přístupů týkajících se kolektivního vyjednávání v členských státech vůči regulaci nebo ne-regulaci kolektivního vyjednávání osob pracujících v zakázkové ekonomice. Kolektivní vyjednávání nemůže být jediným zdrojem regulace zakázkové ekonomiky, nýbrž se musí ve větší či menší míře doplňovat s právními předpisy.
